Engineered for the spectrum
your mission depends on.

WirEng® designs and manufactures active RF front-ends — amplifiers, antennas, and controller interfaces — that extend drone link budgets across an 800 MHz – 6 GHz signal chain without modifying the host radio.

/ The thesis

Most drone-fleet operators don't need a new radio. They need a better front-end.

The OEM controller you already trust ships with stock antennas and stock amplifier stages — tuned for the median operating environment. When the environment goes off the median (urban multipath, EW jamming, kilometer-scale corridors) the link degrades long before the radio itself fails.

WirEng® replaces the amplifier stage and the antenna chain — not the radio. The host stack stays certified, the firmware stays unmodified, the warranty stays intact, and the link budget grows by ×4 to ×13 depending on the platform.

+30dB

A Mavic 3 Enterprise goes from 8 km to 32 km. A Matrice 350 RTK from 9 km to 60 km.

Bidirectional amplification, switched in microseconds.

An amplifier stage between the controller and the antenna boosts the signal both directions. T/R switching completes in under 2 µs — fast enough that the host radio never notices it's there.

Tech / 02 · IAT™
1.5:1VSWR

The link holds when the vehicle moves, when the operator pans the array, when the drone passes a metal structure.

Adaptive impedance matching, mid-link.

A varactor network samples forward and reflected power and re-tunes in real time. The link stays clean even when the antenna rotates, pans on a vehicle mast, or de-tunes against nearby metal.

Tech / 03 · Super-Wide-Band
800 – 6000MHz

One inventory line covers every theater. No band-specific stocking per area of operation.

One signal chain. Full tactical spectrum.

Continuous coverage from 800 MHz to 6 GHz in a single chain — every band you'll touch for UAS C2, video downlinks, and most public-safety / DoD operations. L, S, C, and lower-edge X bands, one SKU.

Your Blue UAS, FAA BVLOS waiver, and Section 848 paperwork all stay valid.

Bolt-on. No firmware. No re-certification.

Attaches at the controller's existing RF port — TNC, SMA, or RP-SMA. No firmware patch, no signed-image dependency, no recertification of the host radio. The OEM stack stays untouched.
